Sturdy dining table made from bowling lanes from former bowling complex "de meibloem" in Ghent, Belgium. These 5-6 cm thick bowling lanes are made from combinations of laminated Norwegian pine and Canadian maple. The typical bowling arrows/triangles are made of solid sippo (no veneer). This eye-catcher can be used as a dining or conference table, as a desk ,... . New heavy duty bases made of corten steel with black finish and adjustable legs. Important note: due to the thousands of steel nails used in the original installation (bowling alley), these tables can weigh up to 100 kg per square meter. We have (many) more bowling alley parts (from 1 to 4 meters) - similar or matching furniture can be offered upon request. Matching Space age chairs can be purchased (separately) separately. These bowling lanes waived as a battleground between bowling ball and pins. The hard, solid character, was retained in the ends which were deliberately not hidden. Everything was sanded and re-varnished. After (professional) demolition, the lanes (35 in all) were bought by me from the demolition firm. Always processed in workshops (and spray booths), stored in warehouse or store. No contact with smokers or pets.
