PEBO (formerly SANTOS) coffee maker from Bodum: "Follow the eye-catching brewing process through the two firmly attached bowls of borosilicate glass. Water heats up in the lower chamber, creating vapor pressure that mixes the boiling water with coffee grounds. The coffee maker is then removed from the heat and the vacuum pressure pulls the brewed coffee down through a sieve and into the lower chamber for serving. The exceptionally effective vacuum/siphon brewing method extracts all the precious oils from your favorite coffee. The vacuum brewing process is completely sealed so that no aroma can escape. Moreover, the brewing time and temperature are perfectly calibrated, ensuring a perfect cup of coffee with every brew.
