Product description
Bistro table from the period Art Deco 1930s France. The table has a beautifully shaped base of cast iron that includes Fischel. The top is a mixture of pine and oak, which is actually quite normal.
Just a fun fact: Fischel was founded in 1871 by Czech-born David Gabriel Fischel, a successful vegetable oil trader, using the first-hand knowledge of his eldest son who had worked in one of Thonet's Czech factories. The first production took place in Germany in Niemes. Production later moved to France in Alsace and sales offices were opened in most major French cities when Fischel became a major furniture manufacturer.
Width: 115 cm.
Depth: 49.5 cm.
Height: 73 cm.
The table is in good solid condition
