Two chairs with one ottoman attached. The condition is used with obvious signs of age and the leather needs restoration work. A quote has been requested for this and that work will take about two weeks. Then they are zgan again.
This Bird of Paradise lounge chair and ottoman was designed by Pieter van Velzen and produced in a small series by Leolux in the early 2000s. The frame is made of solid steel and the upholstery is covered in a reddish soft leather. Although the piece looks light, it weighs about 50 kg. Good but has been in use, with signs of use. See photos. The leather needs to be restored or replaced by an upholsterer. Stitching is loose and worn. A quote has been requested for cleaning and repairing the seats while retaining the current upholstery. This one is 700 euros. I will have this done when they are sold and then they will be zgan again. This will take about two weeks.
