Beige ceiling lamp from Thabur
This lamp was made in the 1930s and 1940s as a ceiling lamp by the Thabur company in The Hague.
The lamp consists of a beige opaline glass ball. Ridges run parallel to the sphere and meet in one point at the bottom of the sphere. The sphere has a screw thread and is mounted in a black bakelite fixture.
The lamp has an E27 fitting.
Dimensions:
Height approx. 16.5 cm.
Diameter bottom of fixture 9 cm.
Diameter of glass part approx. 12.5 cm.
The lamp is in good condition, the glass is still completely intact, the screw thread also has no chips.
The fitting that is screwed into the fixture shows signs of wear.
