The upholstery is in a still very nice non discolored alcantara, brick red. We have cleaned the entire chair and upholstery so it is nice and clean and fresh again.
Stefan Heiliger (b. 1941), born in Berlin, is a German industrial designer. Mainly Heiliger focuses on designing seating furniture. As the son of a sculptor, design was instilled with an early age. He completed the Ulm School of Design in Stuttgart. After completing his studies, he started working as a car designer (1964-1977). After this he opened his own design studio "Stefan Heiliger Design".
In addition to WK Wohnen, he designed for such renowned manufacturers as Leolux and DeSede.
WK Wohnen has existed since 1912 and the brand is characterized by its sleek designs and sublime seating comfort. The furniture reflects the ambition of renowned designers by shaping and enriching the furniture in a sustainable way. To make the furniture, only premium materials are used that are meticulously processed by excellent craftsmanship. The furniture represents no-nonsense, elegance, clear structures and perfect harmony.
