Purchased 10 years ago directly from and with the artist Beate Emanuel
Beate uses structures from her paintings as the basis for edited photographs of nudes and landscapes. The result is printed on museum-quality photo paper and protected by 2 mm acrylic glass. Size 100 x 150 cm. This is number 2 from the edition of 7.
On the back is an aluminum frame (see photo) with which the work can be tightly attached to a wall or partition.
Beate received her training at the Academy of Fashion Design in Dusseldorf. In recent years she had exhibitions at/at Art Laren Singer, Galerie Peter Leen, Galerie 1664, Galerie van Loon, Chris Art Gallery, Kerckebosch Zeist, Villa Sparrenheuvel Zeist and Kasteel de Haar, among others.
