Barbara urszula piwarska née ziółkowska, pseudonym barbara ur (born august 18, 1933 in inowrocław) – painter, sculptor, graphic artist, animator of artistic life, social and polish community activist. Founder of the european sculpture park in tuchomie, where she co-organized the international symposia of artists "tuchomie". In the years 1964-1970, he studied art at the faculty of painting at the state higher school of fine arts in gdańsk (since 1996 the academy of fine arts in gdańsk), in the studios of prof. Krystyna łada-studnicka, prof. Władysław jackiewicz, prof. Jacek żuławski and prof. Hanna żuławska. In the years 1976-1980 guest-docent at the higher school of fine arts in münster (germany) - studio of sculptural design in ceramics. In 1979, she received an annual scholarship from the ruhr district municipal board in essen (frg). In the years 1985-1990 she organized cultural and political events under the name "meetings in our house" in essen (germany). From 1985 to 2004, she co-organized art exhibitions under the name "meetings with art" in essen, then from 2005 to today in berlin. In 1987, he was an associate professor at the "zeche carl" cultural center in essen. In 1987–1991, she ran a sculpture design studio at the european summer academy of fine arts in luxembourg. In 1993, she founded the european sculpture park in tuchom, in the province of pomeranian. Since 1993, co-organizer of the annual international artistic symposia "tuchomie" in tuchomie. In 1997, she founded the european art laboratory association in tuchom in the years 1983-1985 and 1988-1989, co-organizer and participant of the marches for the liberation of nations on the route carsberg - hombach castle (germany). Participant of the polish culture congress in 1985 in london. Participant of the symposium of independence activists organized by the polish government in exile in london in 1988.
