Minimalist solid pine writing desk designed by Ate Van Apeldoorn and produced by Houtwerk Hattum in the Netherlands in the 1960s. Consists of a pine cabinet block with drawers that can be placed under the desk. Typical design features of a distinctive Ate piece, such as the details and round handles. Some signs of a previous life, but overall in very good condition.
