Large plate. Gien. Rambouillet" model. Designed by Jean Bertholle in 1955 at the request of the then President of the Republic, René Coty. This hand-painted service was created to furnish the prestigious residences that hosted presidential hunting parties. Animal decor in lovely shades of green and chocolate. No defects to report. This plate is still produced and sold by the Gien factory at a price of €255 each. Dimensions. D: 26 cm.
