This means you can use the lamp the way you want. On the base is a small button to turn on and off. This is a very rare item. The lamp is in good condition, with minimal signs of use befitting its age. The lamp has a mark on the base. The dimensions are as follows 160 cm high - 20 cm diameter for the lampshade - 28 cm diameter for the base.
