The Megaron is a stylish floor lamp designed by Gianfranco Frattini for Artemide in 1979. The floor lamp has a halogen bulb and consists of a cylindrical lamp body on a round base. A narrow slit runs along the entire lamp body. Through the slit spreads a soft, indirect light that is well suited as mood lighting. The Megaron is made of polished aluminum (gray metallic color) The lever of the dimmer on the side (see detail photo) is loose, but in the power cord is also a dimmer. The lamp is otherwise in new condition. Height 182 cm. The lamp comes from an estate and probably bought about 30 years ago.
