Art Deco Mid Century Walnut Chest of Drawers
This beautiful piece is made of walnut and was probably made between 1940-1950. The chest of drawers still retains the flamboyant style of the Art Deco era and the first signs of mid-century design.
Harris Lebus was a furniture manufacturer and wholesaler based in the East End of London in Tabernacle Street with a factory in Ferry Lane, Tottenham. The company supplied stores such as Maple & Co., which mainly produced bedroom and dining room furniture. After the Edwardian period, the company became successful in mass-producing furniture that was affordable to a wider range of customers.
In good used vintage condition with some minor signs of wear.
