A pair of Art Deco wall lamps, each 56 cm high. The glass shade consists of a row of glass rods held in place by two Art Deco style Messing mounts, with a stepped base at the bottom reminiscent of the 1930s New York skyscraper aesthetic. The wall appliqués cannot be assigned to a specific manufacturer, a French manufacturer is most likely.
The solid design speaks for an original from the 1930s.
In recent years, a pair of Philips Hue Play light bars have been used as illuminants, which fit perfectly into the socket.
