Product description
Rare L-shaped freestanding desk (model 209) designed by Arne Vodder for Sibast Møbelfabrik Denmark, 1950s/60s. This corner desk / executive desk is made of beautiful rosewood. The refined details, floating top and raised edges make the design very stylish. A real eye-catcher of Danish top quality! This double sided desk with drossoir offers plenty of storage space with its many drawers, compartments and the filing tray. The top is also very spacious, so it could even be worked on two sides. The middle drawers in the sideboard have five different colors, typical of Arne Vodder's designs. In very good condition and completely restored. There are only a few minimal signs of use/damage on it, shown in the close-up images. The desk is easily disassembled into three parts. Excludes keys. Includes six original wooden risers for under the legs (approx. 5cm). Overall dimensions L204xD178xH75cm | Dimensions desk L204xD90xH73cm | Dimensions sideboard L165xD42xH63cm
