The Series 7 butterfly chairs were designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1953. The chairs were presented to the public at the design exhibition H55 in Helsinki. The chair has many variations, with or without armrests, varnished wood or lacquered. The chairs offered here are red 560 lacquered. Because they showed many scratches, it was chosen to repaint them in the original color. The chairs are stackable. We have a total of six chairs available, this ad is about a set of four.
