With Arco, the two Italian designers Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni created the first ever arc lamp in 1962. Ten years later, the lamp was included in the Museum of Modern Art in New York; today it has long achieved cult status. The Flos arc lamp owes its high recognition value to its elegant base in Carrara marble and the narrow, long arm made of stainless steel. This can be pulled out, allowing you to adjust the height of the lamp head. With its wide extension, Arco - unlike other floor lamps of the period - is able to illuminate areas far from the lamp base. The maximum horizontal distance between the lamp head and the base is not less than 200 cm. I neat used condition. Some superficial scratches on the shade. Dimensions See last photo.
