Antique porcelain "whore dog" Antique porcelain "whore dog" from probably the late 19th or early 20th century, executed in white with orange accents and fine details. The figurine measures 22 cm high, 16 cm wide and 11 cm deep and is in good condition with slight signs of use appropriate for its age. These little dogs, popular in working-class houses, were often used as a discreet signal: if the little dog looked out, the hostess was available for visitors, if it looked in, then not. A beautiful decorative object with historical value.
