The landscape is painted as an ode to strong women who do not give up, hence the fluorescent colors that symbolize this. The canvas is in a frame and the frame is painted along with the landscape.

Info Ans Duin: After a 22-year career as a casting director and owner of a modeling agency in A'dam, I sold it in 2002. After a long sabbatical with beautiful travels I started painting as an autodidact.I took a number of courses to hone my technique, including portrait painting and flowers. Since 2007 I have been a permanent artist at gallery ArtFusion in villa Arena in Amsterdam Z.O.. I have also exhibited at Tiny's gallery in Goes for many years and since a year I am also a permanent artist at gallery DomoEclectica in Gouda . My paintings are also sold through international sites, so several of my paintings have ended up at artlovers in America and Japan. Furthermore, I occasionally participate in group exhibitions. My passion is to paint large landscapes in expressive colors.
