He was inspired by the STYLE. ADO is now closed , but made children's toys and furniture in Zeist until about twenty years ago and this Van was one of the last prestige editions of ADO that they executed. Edition 250 ex. with certificate. all numbered, dimensions 50 cm. length. Mint in original box An exact replica by ADO toys. Dutch manufacture. Handmade and painted in primary DE STIJL colors. This design was originally made by Ko Verzuu in the late 20's. He was inspired by the de STIJL movement from the 20's and 30's. ADO has closed its doors some years ago and these replicas are the only toys which remain. Highly collectable, beautifully hand built and painted. ORDER is a : Wooden collectable toy on groundplate. Plate is numbered xxx/250. edition 250 copies. Each copy comes with its own certificate. Measures 50 cm. in length ( ca. 19 inches ) in bright red, blue and yellow executed .
