Biography Ad Verstijnen Born: 18-08-1946 in Arnhem Education: Academy for Visual Education, training for Drawing and Handicrafts teacher in Tilburg Prizes: 1985 International State Prize for Maritime Painting in Antwerp, Belgium 1990 Laureate of the Academy in Antwerp 2003 Selected for Olympic Sport & Art Contest Athens 2004 Techniques Painting: acrylic, oil on linen; mixed techniques on paper; dripping; collages; watercolor; silkscreen printing; three-dimensional work in stainless steel, iron, bronze and ceramics.
