This set of 6 black beech dining chairs - two of which have armrests - are a design by Danilo Silvestrin and obtained from luxury German interior design store Lambert. The unusual design of the curved back legs, also known as dolphin legs, these give the otherwise sleek chairs a special touch. The wood is black lacquered and has some signs of use (bare paint edges and scuff marks), which are relatively easy to get rid of. The brown/red leather seat is loose and can be replaced with a cushion of your choice.
Danilo Silvestrin was born in 1942, studied architecture at the universities of Milan and Florence. In 1967 he founded his own design studio. Since 1971, he has lived in Munich. The emphasis of his work is on product design.
