The chairs were designed by Christian Werner for ligne roset in 1995. It is the version in natural beech (frame) and natural cane (seat shell). We purchased them in 1996 from the authorized ligne Roset dealer in Ulm.
The chairs show normal signs of use on the legs (light scratches) and four of the six chairs have minor, age-related breaks in the cane (see photos), which have no effect on stability. 5 of the 6 chairs still have the Ligne Roset sticker on the back of the lower seat. Until recently, the chairs served us as dining room chairs. We are a non-smoking household with a dog.
