6 exclusive dining chairs designed by Czech architect and designer Borek Sipek ( 1949 - 2016 ) executed by Vitra ca. 1990. Style : neo baroque Model : Sedlak The chairs feature a backrest and 2 legs made of beech wood. The whimsical seat designed in rubber contrasts with the sleek frame made of brushed aluminum. The chairs are extremely stable, easy to maintain and are stackable. The wood pieces were stripped of their original teak-colored lacquer finish and were re-varnished. All items come with an authenticity label. H : approx 89 cm Br : approx 42 cm Seat : approx 47 cm
The frame of one chair is missing a black cover plate ( see photo ). The seats are almost perfect. The frames in metal show oxidation spots, which is normal for a furniture more than 30 years old.
