Product description
Rare set of 6 stackable "cafe" chairs designed by Philippe Starck and produced by Baleri, Italia 1984 for Café Costes Paris. The details of the backrest were the first example of this feature found in several of Starck's chair designs. Simple and well made. Comfortable and easy to store as they are stacked. Nicely integrated into modern or industrial interiors. They are definitely refurbishers regarding the upholstery. Needs to be completely addressed. Black metal frame in great condition. For the enthusiast to 'upholster'. Restored with leather, absolutely unique.
Upholstery is in need of complete replacement. Frame in good condition. Is for the enthusiast who will restore them with new upholstery/upholstery.
