The chairs are still good and complete with no major damage, but have had some light use damage due to decades of use. Such as: some dents here and there, wood paint gone in some places and some scratches on the chrome legs. Still, that is more level of detail than immediately noticeable. Certainly when you sand and re-varnish/paint the chairs they will look really good again.
