The lamp is well preserved and perfect to provide light on a teak sideboard. The lamp is made of solid metal and provides a warm and beautiful light. The lamp base is set off in the same shade as the shade. I would describe the color as matt dark gray to black. Really a beautiful and great to teak furniture matching lamp.
