Beautiful set of four vintage MR20 chairs. These chairs were designed by Mies van de Rohe in the 1930s. Several manufacturers produced the chairs, including Thonet, Tecta and Knoll. There are illegible remnants of marks present.
The chairs have a very nice, organic design. They are special specimens with the rattan upholstery and armrests. The armrests can be removed if necessary.
These chairs are probably from the 60s - 70s. After decades of use, signs of use are present. Although the chrome frames are polished and shine beautifully, there are obvious signs of use. The rattan is in good condition, but has obvious signs of use here and there and breaks in a few places. The signs of use are visible in the photos. It is a beautiful set that you don't come across much, in good, used condition.
