Product description
Marcel Breuer designed the cantilever chair with its characteristic, traditional Viennese wickerwork on the seat and backrest, which contrasts with the modern-looking tubular steel, for the German manufacturer Thonet in 1928. Breuer also sold the rights to certain designs to the Italian entrepreneur Dino Gavina.
These models (Cesca chair) with black solid wood frames are in good condition with slight signs of wear, as can be seen in the photos. The wickerwork is damaged in a few small places, but has acquired the characteristic patina over time. Sitting is unimpaired and the chair is extremely comfortable.
The price refers to the set of four
Signs of wear as shown in the pictures. Viennese weave with tiny holes.
