Set of 4 vintage Super Leggera 699 chairs designed by Gio Ponti in 1957 for Cassina, Italy. Natural ash wood frame with very fine piped seat. From 1 chair the seat has been redone by a professional in Turin, Italy ( see photo ). As a result, this seat is slightly lighter in color. From 1 chair there is an older restoration at the top ( see photo ). All chairs are marked ' Cassina' at the bottom. Rare set in nice condition.
1 chair has a new seat fitted by a professional company in Italy. 1 chair has an older restoration at the top. Slight wear of the clear coat due to normal use.
