The Stokke/Varier Planet is a classic lounge chair, which has been awarded the Award for Design Excellence. The chair was designed by Sven Ivar Dysthe and released in the period 1960-1969. Country of origin is Sweden. The chair follows the natural movements of the body through an integrated tilting system. Because of the flexibility you never sit in the same position for too long.
The chairs can rotate, the foot is inlaid with wood. The fabric is gray velvet. The velor gives the fabric a nice touch. The fabric can be removed with a zipper.
