The two coffee tables are from the Modus series designed by Kristian Vedel in 1963 and are completely preserved in their original condition. The very rare Fruit Bowl with a diameter of 73 cm rests on the basic construction of the Modus series, a square table made of rosewood. In the second version, the classic coffee table is mounted on the same rosewood base: The glass on the table is laid on top and can be removed quite easily, all parts are complete and original. A second table surface lies on the inside and can be turned over - the back is metal, the front is veneered with rosewood, which has unfortunately come loose in places (see pictures). The veneer can be replaced by a cabinetmaker, for example, if desired.

The metal of the "Fruit Bowl" is in very good condition for its age: there are a few small scratches, but no dents, rust or other damage. The veneer on the table top of the "coffee table" is partially chipped. Otherwise, all parts are in excellent condition for their age.
