Designer unknown to me. Chromed tubes. Skai backrest. Faux suede (velvet-like) seat. Wooden armrest. Height 110 cm, width 60 cm, depth 70 cm. Backrest height 74 cm. Seat depth 54 cm. Fine straight seat and easy standing up. Seat height 47 cm. Seat has become mostly smooth. I was told at purchase that they came from the waiting room of Queen Beatrix's midwife in Baarn. Too good a story to check dead.
