A special set of chairs by Holland's most famous designer. These van Teeffelen Kastrup chairs were designed in the 1960s by Louis van Teeffelen for Webe. It is a set you don't come across much! The 'Kastrup' chair immediately stands out because of the backrest, which also gives the chair a very comfortable seat. Furthermore, the chair is very nicely shaped. It is clear that Van Teeffelen was inspired by the Scandinavian design of his time. The chairs have been reupholstered with a high-quality green blended wool furniture fabric which makes them completely contemporary. The foam has also been replaced again which adds to the seating comfort. Seat width 43cm, seat depth 41cm.
Chairs are in excellent condition. Photos are part of the presentation. The woodwork has slight discoloration in places and one chair has a crack in the woodwork at the back (see photo). This is inconspicuous as a whole
