Refined set of two Danish wooden armchairs with integrated black wooden armrests by Hans Wegner for Plan Mobler. These chairs were designed in 1947 for the Aarhus Town Hall, from which this model owes its name. The beautifully shaped wooden frame is covered with the authentic but aged olive green velvet fabric. The upholstery is easy to renew with a high-quality fabric for long-lasting pleasure and seating comfort. See photos for signs of use! Apart from the current fabric, the condition of this set can be considered very good, with only minor wear commensurate with age and use. With their timeless design, the chairs fit as armchairs or side chairs in any eclectically oriented interior.
