Product description
Vintage KFF-Karl-Friedrich Förster postmodern sculptural birch wood and powder-coated metal dining chair. A curious design from the 1980s designed by Karl-Friedrich Förster, the chair comes in a slim rectangular three-dimensional gazzelle-like metal frame powder coated in reflective gray that features a flat stylized plywood chair with a beautiful texture and pattern. The chair's design shows strong influences from the Memphis School of Design in Milan. Unique design, high-quality materials and craftsmanship: KFF is a German brand that designs and develops chairs and tables for the living and dining room. The company, founded in Hörstmar by Karl Friedrich Förster, in 1984, onnamed its name from the founder's initials. Over the years, it has quickly grown into a brand appreciated worldwide and a popular choice in German households of the late 1980s, early 1990s. Origin: made by KFF in West Germany during the 1980s. Condition: in very good vintage shape. No cracks to the wood, just some minor stains and wear around the edges, normal with use over time. The metal frame is in good shape, with some minor scratches along the corners and edges, but no signs of rust. The whole structure is stable.
