The Condesa chair has had the name of its Mexican home since the 1950s. At that time, the Condesa neighborhood in Mexico City was a place where the beautiful and wealthy lived, and the Hollywood elite were often there as well. Today, the Condesa chair is produced by OK Design. The Danes retained the classic design, but modernized the materials: Condesa's cover is made of PVC, which is free of phthalates and heavy metals. The construction of the Condesa chair is so lightweight that the chair can be carried easily. For example, outdoors: The manufacture of powder-coated steel and PVC makes OK Design's Condesa chair weatherproof and UV-resistant.
