Two beautiful and comfortable chairs, design by Cees Braakman for Pastoe. Late 1950s. Upholstery is no longer original and in very good condition, beautiful shade of gray. Curved solid wood, typical of his style and this 'birch' series. The chairs are professionally slightly raised at the bottom of the legs to increase comfort and the increased average height of people compared to the 1950s. See photos. From smoke and pet free home. Go away as a set, belong together. One with high back and one with slightly lower back. Sit great and can last for years to come.
