Set of 2 vintage black Omstak chairs. Post-modernist design from 1971, designer Rodney Kinsman, manufacturer Bieffeplast (Italy). Brand label under the seat. Rare version with black frame & legs instead of the usual chrome. Compact and nimble design with distinctive round openings, stackable. Made entirely of steel, nevertheless quite lightweight. Height 76 cm Depth 43 cm Width (from leg to leg, measured on the ground) 53 cm Seat height 45 cm.
Some light wear here and there, mainly shallow scratches, on 1 of the seats some bald spots in the paint that may be touched up (see photos). There are 2 slide feet replaced for different feet, recommended to replace all 4 (x2) slide feet for fresh new ones (standard size, easy to find). Overall in good condition, especially considering its age.
