Probably a prototype for Roche BOBOIS made in Sweden, where I bought it at auction.
They probably naturally turned to the leading manufacturers of wooden furniture when making the Skool armchair.
The last photo shows the final model with chromed metal frame.
So I contacted Roche BOBOIS, which had lost all its archives from that period, presumably in a fire.
The bailiff was not authorized to reveal its provenance.
The story ends there.
It has the same characteristics and the same leather seat. It resembles the real thing in every way...
