Two candlesticks, made of plexiglass i.c.m. stainless steel wire. Twisting the stainless steel wires creates an opening at the top to hold a candle. As it burns up, the wires slowly twist to their starting position, closing the round and automatically extinguishing the candle. They have never been used and were purchased in the 1990s at a design store in Naarden-Vesting. They have always stood in a display case as an object.
