2 designer shot glasses by designer Per Lütken for Holmegaard High Life "CYLINDRISK". Genuine Danish Vintage Design. Per Lütken for Holmegaard from the 70s Series: High Life "CYLINDRISK" Manufacturing period 1979 - 1990 The shot glasses are ca.15.3 cm high. The glasses are new/unused and have always been in the packaging. It is glass art in perfection! The glasses were blown into shape with a short, powerful air spiral in the thick bottom, hot blown away and ejected. Glass-Art represents the pinnacle of Danish craftsmanship.Created in an inspiring collaboration between Holmegaard's designers and glassmakers - mouth-blown and handmade in the age-old tradition of glass art. Glass-Art is perfect design and individual character. There are no 2 items that are exactly the same. Fabrication-wise it was a difficult glass to make, partly due to the placement of the air spirals in the solid part, the buoyancy and "relaxing" of the glass with the solid base and thinner sides.
