The Random products first emerged as a material research, which is actually the starting point of every product designed by Bertjan Pot. Most of Pot's designs arise quite impulsively a through his curiosity about how things could function or how something would look. Then he takes up the challenge with manufacturers to explore the possibilities of production and push the boundaries of the product. Until eventually there is another surprising new product.
