The Armchairs is approx. 2 years old and in good condition. The wooden frame has a few small scratches (see pictures) that should be easy to retouch, but they are not noticeable. The Textile is in very good condition. The Armchairs was in my bedroom for a while. I only put clothes on it and never sat on it.
