1960s Italian design counterbalance suspension pendant lamp. Manufactured by Esperia Luce circa 1960s. Featuring 4 panels of thick clear curved glass. The panels sit on a skeletal pagoda shaped brass frame, all secured by means of small brass cleats and bolts. Above the pagoda shaped brass and glass frame, there is a height adjustable weighted counterbalance ball, suspended on taut brass cord which secures to the ceiling rose. Next to the taut brass cord is the purposely visible electric power cable, the colour is gold in keeping with the overall colour of the brass. Elegant lamp with very minimal clean design. Uses 2 E27 bulbs max 25 watts each. Recently rewired to modern safety standards. Please seek professional help prior to installation.
