This beautiful ensemble consists of six unique Cherner chairs and the perfectly matching Clay table from Desalto with a diameter of 140 cm, black concrete version D66. Height - 75.5 cm Year of design - 2015 Designer Marc Krusin CLAY is more than just a table. Clay is a sculpture, a perfect combination of beauty and harmonious proportions. The meeting of two volumes achieves a perfect balance of one over the other in designer Marc Krusin's design. Two differently shaped cones meet at their opposite tips: they defy gravity in a seemingly unstable balance, but give shape to the most classic of round tables. CLAY was first presented at the Milan Furniture Fair in 2015 and has since been awarded various design prizes, including the Iconic Design Award 2015, the Good Design Award 2016 and the Red Dot Award in the Product Design 2016 category. In the version offered here, the base of the table is made of lacquered, hard polyurethane. A layer of cement is applied to the MDF table top by hand, giving each table a very individual look. This makes each CLAY table unique and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The table is in mint condition with 2 slight knocks that are not noticeable due to the filler surface. Due to the weight, I cannot photograph the label. The originality is 100% certain. Price table: 6.049,- €
