He co-founded Raymor in 1946, which became one of the most important housewares and ceramics design companies of its time. Secon was known for his bold use of color and form in his designs, which were often inspired by abstract art and popular culture. Over the years, Secon collaborated with many designers and artists, including Saul Steinberg, who created designs for many of his pieces. His creations have been featured in numerous design exhibitions, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Although Paul Secon is no longer with us, his creations remain popular with collectors and design enthusiasts worldwide.
