From the outset, he has been interested in the object and its history. His work explores the notion of the everyday object, seeking to give it a strong, singular identity. To achieve this, he uses simple, raw materials, which he transforms with great sensitivity. In 2012, he set up his design studio in Paris. Since then, he has collaborated with numerous brands, including Hermès, Alessi, Baccarat and Christofle. He has also taken part in numerous exhibitions in France and abroad, such as the Biennale de Saint-Étienne, and Design Week in Milan. His work has won several awards, including the Prix du Public at the Salon Maison&Objet in 2016, and the Grand Prix de la Création de la Ville de Paris in 2017. Today, Louis Paolozzi is considered one of the most talented French designers of his generation.
