André Domin and Marcel Genevrière founded their design company in 1928. They quickly gained popularity and attracted the attention of prestigious clients such as fashion designer Jeanne Lanvin and actress Arletty. Their distinctive style was characterized by clean lines, geometric shapes and high-quality materials. They also innovated in the use of new materials such as aluminum, glass and Plexiglas. Among their most famous creations are such iconic pieces of furniture as the "Croisillon" armchair and the "Arlequin" chair.
