A beautifully designed special armchair is how we best describe model "Riel".
This very rare armchair with its special details in the design still makes its origin a little mystery, because it is not clear to this day which manufacturer or designer is responsible for this unique and beautiful design.
We do see clear influences in both design and use of materials from Pynock, Awa and WéBé. The designer on duty has looked at different designs from these brands and used characteristic elements to come up with a new design.
We see style elements from big names such as Louis van Teeffelen, Paul M. Volther and Arne Hovmand Olsen. This is probably an armchair from an unknown Dutch manufacturer, perhaps commissioned by a chain store.
Present is a very beautiful and elaborately made chair frame of, among other things, teak wood with a beautiful color. The whole looks "rich" and elegant and, if you look at it a little longer, can be called impressive, in addition to graceful, with a striking shape.
A piece of furniture designed according to the characteristic organic style that characterizes furniture from this early 1960s period.
This copy has been neatly restored, the woodwork is beautiful, the connections are in order.
The light fabric is more than neat and tight, ready for many years of living pleasure.
